Mink and Muskrat Fleshing Beams are made of hardwood. The combo comes with both beams and the interchangeable steel bracket to mount to your bench. When switching from one beam to the other simply slide the beam off and replace with the other beam. B-grade are made to the same standards they just are stained or have knots.
